How to Return a Product
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Service Team within 45 days of the order date. To ensure we can process your return smoothly, please have the following information available when you reach out:
- Product Name
- LOT Number
- Expiration (EXP) Date
- Invoice Number (if available)
- Reason for Return
This information is necessary to process your Returned Goods Authorization (RGA). Drucker Labs requires an RGA number for all returned products.
What Happens After You Return a Product
Once we receive the returned product, we will:
- Exchange the product
- Issue a credit towards your next order
- Refund your purchase to the original payment method
Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product, please contact our Customer Service Team immediately for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
