At Drucker Labs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not 100% satisfied, we’re here to help.
How to Return a Product
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Service Team within 45 days of the delivery date. To ensure we can process your return smoothly, please have the following information available when you reach out:
- Product Name
- LOT Number
- Expiration (EXP) Date
- Invoice Number (if available)
- Reason for Return
Please Note: Products must be unopened and undamaged in order to qualify for a return.
Once we receive this information, we will issue a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Returns without an RGA will not be accepted. You can obtain your RGA by contacting our Customer Service Team via phone or email.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or defective. Please ensure the returned item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
What Happens After You Return a Product
Once we receive the returned product, we will:
- Exchange the product
- Issue a credit towards your next order
- Refund your purchase to the original payment method (depending on the selected return option)
Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product, please contact our Customer Service Team immediately for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
