How are Drucker Labs' products different from other dietary supplements on the market?
Drucker Labs' intraLINE products offer many unique features, which include:

How many servings are there per bottle?
The suggested serving size for each of our intraLINE 2.0 products is 1 fl oz per day. Our full-sized bottles contain 32 servings, and our travel-sized bottles contain 2 servings.

How long do Drucker Labs' products last?
Unopened bottles of
intraMAX® 2.0 and intraKID® 2.0 can be stored in a cool, dry environment for approximately 9 months. When kept in similar conditions, the intraMIN® supplements have a shelf life of 18 months. Once opened and refrigerated, all intraLINE 2.0 products will last up to 60 days.

Why are Druckers' products in liquid form?
Drucker Labs' products are in a liquid form to preserve the nutritional benefit of the ingredients and to ensure higher absorption within the body's cells. In addition, Drucker Labs uses a proprietary cold-fill process in order to retain the ingredients' greatest nutritional value. (Most liquids and many pills and powders are manufactured with heat which significantly reduces the potency of nutrients.) Additionally, liquids are more easily tolerated by those who cannot swallow pills.

What is intraCELL Technology?
Drucker Labs’ intraCELL Technology is a proprietary manufacturing process in which nutrients and minerals are combined with organic carbon from fulvic acid. The result of this technology is a product enriched with organic carbon that is highly bioavailable and efficacious.

Are your products vegetarian or vegan?
Our all-in-one dietary supplements, intraMAX 2.0 and intraKID 2.0, are vegetarian and our trace mineral supplements, intraMIN Tropical Fruit and intraMIN Unflavored, are vegan products.

Should I be concerned about heavy metals in your products?
No. Heavy metals in our products are well below the daily limits established by the FDA. Drucker Labs tests every lot to ensure that these standards are met prior to your product being released for distribution.

Why should I refrigerate my product after opening?
In order to reduce the oxidation of your intraLINE product, it is recommended that you refrigerate your product after opening. Refrigeration slows down this natural process.

Who can purchase Drucker Labs' products?
Drucker Labs' products are sold exclusively through licensed Health Care Practitioners. New qualified Health Care Practitioners register today to receive complimentary product samples and literature.

I am not a Health Care Practitioner. How can I purchase Drucker Labs' products?
Drucker Labs sells its products exclusively through licensed Health Care Practitioners. Contact your Health Care Practitioner to see if s/he carries Drucker Labs' products. If you do not have a preferred Health Care Practitioner, our Customer Service Team will be happy to locate one in your area. Online retailers found on Amazon or eBay are not authorized distributors and we do not recommend purchasing our products from them.

Should I purchase your intraLINE products through Amazon or eBay?
Drucker Labs does not recommend that you purchase our products from online retailers found on Amazon or eBay. These retailers are not authorized distributors of our intraLINE products. You may receive product that has been compromised because it has expired, has not been stored optimally, has the expiration and lot identification code missing, etc. We recommend that you purchase only through authorized distributors. Please contact our Customer Service Team if you have additional questions or wish to locate a local authorized distributor.

How quickly will my order ship?

Drucker Labs offers same day shipping on most orders placed before 4:00 p.m. CST (Monday-Friday). We utilize ground shipping as a standard option. Overnight and other expedited delivery services are available for an additional charge. Please contact our
Customer Service Team for shipping information on large orders.

What are your shipping policies?
Most orders received before 4:00 p.m. CST will be shipped the same day they are received. Large orders (over five cases) may not ship until the following business day. Your
Customer Service Team member will be able to advise you of your shipment date at the time of your order.
Please note that our normal business operating hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. (CST).

Do you have an automatic shipment program?
Drucker Labs does offer an automatic shipment program. Our Auto Ship Program is a convenient and reliable way to receive your intraLINE products. All orders are processed automatically on a customized time frame in order to best fit your schedule.

What is your return policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, contact our
Customer Service Team within 45 days of the order date. You must have purchased your product directly through Drucker Labs. When you call, please have the following information available:

  • Product name
  • LOT number
  • Expiration (EXP) date
  • Invoice number (if available)
  • Reason for return

This information is necessary in order to process your returned goods authorization (RGA). Drucker Labs requires an RGA number for all returned product. Upon product receipt, we will exchange your product, issue a credit on your next order, or refund your purchase.

What should I do if I receive damaged product?
Any and all damages should be reported immediately to Drucker Labs. Contact our
Customer Service Team for more details.
