- Drucker Labs first priority is always to support our doctor network. The HCPs in the field working to make their patients well and healthy deserve our best effort to protect their exclusive rights to our products. We must also ensure the best user experience, which requires active involvement by our HCPs in the use of our products. Internet discounting is imperiling this, so we had to take a stand.
Anyone wishing to sell our products over the internet must now be signatory to our new Internet Reseller's Agreement. to
Policy Change Overview
The new policy sets terms and conditions for maintaining an internet reseller relationship with Drucker Labs. Some of the Reseller requirements are:
- Must have a licensed HCP on staff and available to patients
- Must have phones and emails answered during core business hours
- Must abide by pricing and discount guidelines
- Must maintain adequate inventory and use FIFO methods
- Must handle all returns from their customers
- Artwork must be approved by Drucker Labs

Enforcement Deadlines
Policy Effective Date: April 1, 2008
Compliance Deadline: May 1, 2008
Drucker Labs recognizes it may take time to become party to our agreement and make the necessary changes to various websites, so we will not begin enforcement until May 1, 2008.
Effective July 1, we reserve the right to cease sales to non-conforming resellers and will not hesitate to engage our attorneys for cease and desist orders if required. Please understand our motivation if this impacts you.

About eBay
We have taken a proactive stance against eBay sellers by authorizing Dr. Michael Roth as our exclusive eBay provider. He maintains an online site and practice specifically in line with our guidelines.
Dr. Mike ensures that errant sellers do not appear on eBay by assisting with frequent policing of the site. eBay provides us with authority to remove our products from any site we have not authorized. This helps ensure we do not get a large gray market simply selling at cut rate, typical of the eBay model.
