    How are Drucker Labs' products different from other dietary supplements on the market?

    Drucker Labs' products differ from other dietary supplements in several ways:
    • Most comprehensive supplement on the market today (intraMAX® contains over 415 ingredients derived from natural sources such as fruits, vegetables, and herbs)

    What is chelation?
    Chelation is a type of therapy which is used to remove heavy metals from the body. The organically-bound ingredients within the intraLINE products bond with the heavy metals inside the body's cells and the body is able to eliminate those carbon-bonded metals more easily.

    How many servings are there per bottle?
    The suggested serving size for each of our intraLINE products is 1 fl oz per day. Our full-sized bottles contain 32 servings, and our travel-sized bottles contain 2 servings.

    How long do Drucker Labs' products last?
    Unopened bottles of intraMAX® and intraKID® can be stored in a cool, dry environment for approximately 9 months. When kept in similar conditions, the intraMIN® supplements have a shelf life of 18 months. Once opened and refrigerated, all intraLINE products will last up to 60 days.

    Why are Drucker Labs' products in liquid form?
    Drucker Labs' products are in liquid form because we believe this form is the best and easiest way to obtain nutrition at the cellular level with the nutrients being absorbed faster. The liquid form also allows us to manufacture our products using a cold-fill process which preserves the nutritional value of our ingredients.

    What is intraCELL Technology, Drucker Labs' proprietary process?
    The intraCELL Technology is the result of over 20 years of research, testing, and analysis. This technology maximizes intra-cellular and extra-cellular detoxification and infuses the nutrients into the body's cells.

    During manufacturing, intraCELL Technology enables each ingredient molecule to bond to organic carbon. After the organic carbon bonds to each molecule, the molecules then are broken down into new, restructured particles. These restructured particles are converted into 100% Carbon-bond Organic® nutrition which allows them to be absorbed faster and more fully by the body's cells.

    Why are your products considered vegetarian but not vegan?
    Our all-in-one dietary supplements, intraMAX® and intraKID®, are not considered vegan because both products contain bee pollen, bee propolis, and royal jelly. These ingredients are naturally-derived byproducts of bees. However, our trace mineral supplements, intraMIN® Tropical Fruit and intraMIN Unflavored, are vegan products.

    Why should I refrigerate my product after opening?
    In order to reduce the oxidation of your intraLINE product, it is recommended that you refrigerate your product after opening. Refrigeration slows this natural process.

    I am not a Health Care Practitioner. How can I purchase Drucker Labs' products?
    In order for you to receive guidance on optimal dosage and other usage protocols, Drucker Labs sells its products exclusively through licensed Health Care Practitioners. Contact your Health Care Practitioner to see if s/he carries Drucker Labs' products. If you do not have a preferred Health Care Practitioner, our Customer Service Team will be happy to locate a provider in your area.

    How quickly will my order ship?
    Drucker Labs offers same day shipping on most orders placed before 4:00 pm CST (Monday-Friday). Overnight and other expedited delivery services are available for an additional charge. Please contact our Customer Service Team for shipping information on large orders.

    Do you have an automatic shipment program?
    Drucker Labs does offer an automatic shipment program. Our Auto Ship Program is a convenient and reliable way to receive your intraLINE products. All orders are processed automatically on a customized time frame which best fits your schedule. In addition, you will receive exclusive Auto Ship pricing.

    What is your return policy?
    If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, contact our Customer Service Team within 45 days of the order date. To qualify, you must have purchased your product directly through Drucker Labs. When you call, please have the following information available:
    • Product name
    • LOT number
    • "Best By" date
    • Invoice number (if available)
    • Reason for return

    This information is necessary in order to process your returned goods authorization (RGA). Drucker Labs requires an RGA number for all returned product. Upon product receipt, we will exchange your product, issue a credit on your next order, or refund your purchase.
